Program Manager

Onsite: Arlington, VA/NCR

*This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Shall be responsible for management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel and subcontractors
• Provide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership of the execution of this contract
• Conduct meetings and provide deliverables in accordance with the Government approved delivery schedule
• Establish and maintain the PMP. The PM shall be an employee of the awardee and shall not be subcontracted

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering field
• An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience
• An ITIL Intermediate Level Certification-if not already obtained, must obtain within 6 months of contract start
• Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III
• It is desirable that the PM has the following qualifications:
• Experience as a Program Manager managing a Federal Government IT/Cyber project and providing managed services
• Experience managing a Federal Government IT cost-type contract for services
• Active Security clearance
