This is a remote position requiring 40% travel supporting Philadelphia and San Diego based teams.
**Essential Duties:**
+ Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle HCM functionalities to ensure optimal alignment.
+ Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
+ Provide direct supervision to less experienced staff members.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end HCM solutions.
+ Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance.
+ Develop and deliver training sessions to empower users and administrators.
+ Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and performance.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements. Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates and emerging trends to continually enhance solutions.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ A bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, either in a consulting role or as an end user working in a Human Resources department
+ Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
+ Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
**Desired Skills & Experience**
+ Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
+ Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting tools.
+ Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
+ Prior experience either in a consulting role or working in a public sector environment.
+ Knowledge of global HCM processes and compliance requirements.
+ Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
+ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

The proposed salary for this position is:
$115,700-$192,900 USD
