Key Responsibilities and Duties Serve as a spiritual and instructional leader, fostering a strong Catholic identity throughout the school. Ensure that Catholic teachings, traditions, and values are fully integrated into all aspects of school life. Oversee academic excellence through curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student achievement. Collaborate with the pastor, faculty, and parents to nurture a vibrant academic and faith-based community. Provide visionary leadership in school operations, finances, and enrollment management. Model and promote Catholic moral and ethical values, inspiring students to grow in their faith and relationship with Christ. Qualifications Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, demonstrating a strong personal commitment to Catholic education and values. Master’s degree in Educational Administration, with a current license or an approved study plan in progress. Wisconsin Administrator License (51) and Wisconsin Director of Instruction License (10) required. Minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in a Catholic school setting. Previous administrative experience preferred, with a proven ability to lead faculty, staff, and students effectively. Dedication to academic excellence and faith formation, fostering both intellectual and spiritual growth in students. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships within the school and parish community.
